1.What events do you cater for ?

A.Very happy to cater for any type event, Weddings, Christenings, Corporate Events, Birthdays, Bar Mitzah, Product Launches - Each event we attend can be tailored for your individual needs.  Our Ice Cream Carts or Tricycles can be used Indoor or Outdoors. 2.What areas do you cover ?

A. We attend events throughout South East of England, Essex, Suffolk, London & Kent . Very importantly if your outside these areas and interested in a personalised quote please drop us an email - Sure we will not disappoint you.

3.What are the choices for Ice Creams ?

We use award winning dairy ice cream from various suppliers in order to match our clients requirements. We can also cater Halal, Kosher or Non Dairy Ice Cream. Lollies and Tubs are also available upon request.

4. Can I book for our Christmas Party ?

Our carts and Tricycles operate all year round - making a lovely addition to your Christmas party celebrations.  During Novemeber and December we bring along Mince ies, Christmas pudding ice cream and Brandy snaps. (No additional costs)

5. Can I hire for a longer period than a day ?

Some of corporate clients and hotels require the carts for longer periods of time - this is fine, we would provide a reduced rate for longer hire periods.

6. How far in advance can I book ?

To avoid disappointment we suggest you book us as early as possible for your event. We are already taking bookings for weddings and corporate entertainment for Olympics 2012!

7. What are the power requirements ?

A. Ideally our Victorian Ice Cream Cart or Tricycle will be placed close to a regular 13amp power socket. Alternatively we can use a generator.

8. What are the dimensions of the Victorian Cart ?

A. Our cart measurements are Height 1530mm( Canopy Removed), Width 1120mm, Length 2400mm - Please contact us if you require more dimensions etc.

9. What's included in the price of hire ?

A. Everything. Ice Cream, Cones, Uniformed Staff, Decorations, Fairy Lights, etc  There are NO additional costs.

10. Do you have Public Liability Insurance ?

A. Yes, Our insurance covers us upto £5m.

11. How long does it take to set up ?

We can normally be up and running within 30 - 45 minutes - This is all inclusive in price.

12. Can I just hire your Victorian Cart / Tricycle without the Ice Cream and Staff ?

Yes, however we would "strongly recommend" having us cater for your event - We are experts in dressing the cart and serving Ice Cream - We are so passionate in making it perfect for you and your guests.

13. Can I speak with someone ?

A. We would be delighted to hear from you, Tel 0844 745 2173. Our phone is manned by us Monday - Friday. We pride ourselves in responding to all emails within 2 hours during office hours.

14. How do I make a booking ?

a. Please use the "Online Booking" section, where you can personally select your own Ice Cream flavours etc.  Alternatively please email us for additional information - info@eventsfactor.co.uk
